Studies on N2 activation and transformation by transition metal hydride complexes are of particular interest and importance. The synthesis and diverse transformations of a dinitrogen dititanium hydride complex bearing the rigid acridane-based acriPNP-pincer ligands {[(acriPNP)Ti]2(μ2-η1:η2-N2)(μ2-H)2} are presented. This complex enabled N2 cleavage and hydrogenation even without additional H2 or other reducing agents. Furthermore, diverse transformations of the N2 unit with a variety of organometallic compounds such as ZnMe2, MgMe2, AlMe3, B(C6F5)3, PinBH, and PhSiH3 have been well established at the rigid acriPNP-ligated dititanium framework, such as reversible bonding-mode change between the end-on and side-on/end-on fashions, diborylative N=N bond cleavage, the formal insertion of two dimethylaluminum species into the N=N bond, and the formal insertion of two silylene units into the N=N bond. This work has revealed many unprecedented aspects of dinitrogen reaction chemistry.  相似文献

This article aims to provide a survey of biological applications of Schiff base macrocycles and their metal complexes, with emphasis given to the synthesis of the compounds and to their uses as antibacterial and antifungal agents. The literature on the subject, published during the 2005–2019 period, is shortly reviewed. A new set of Cr(III) complexes, {L}CrCl3(THF), based on thiophene–imine ( 2a , L = PhOC6H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H3; 2b , L = PhOC2H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H3; 2c , L = Ph(NH)C2H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H3; 2d , L = PhOC6H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H2‐5‐Ph; 2e , L = Ph(NH)C2H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H2‐5‐Ph) have been prepared and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. Upon activation with methylaluminoxane, all the chromium complexes generated active systems affording a nonselective distribution of α‐olefins with turnover frequencies in the range 9500–93 500 (mol ethylene) (mol Cr)?1 h?1, and producing mostly oligomers (95.0–99.3 wt% of total products). Small amounts of polymer were produced in these oligomerization reactions (0.8–8.2 wt%). The catalytic activities were quite sensitive to the ligand environment. Moreover, the effects of oligomerization parameters (temperature, [Al]/[Cr] molar ratio, time) on the activity and on the product distribution were examined.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of two families of molecular-gear prototypes is reported, with the aim of assembling them into trains of gears on a surface and ultimately achieving controlled intermolecular gearing motion. These piano-stool ruthenium complexes incorporate a hydrotris(indazolyl)borate moiety as tripodal rotation axle and a pentaarylcyclopentadienyl ligand as star-shaped cogwheel, equipped with five teeth ranging from pseudo-1D aryl groups to large planar 2D paddles. A divergent synthetic approach was followed, starting from a pentakis(p-bromophenyl)cyclopentadienyl ruthenium(II) complex as key precursor or from its iodinated counterpart, obtained by copper-catalyzed aromatic Br/I exchange. Subsequent fivefold cross-coupling reactions with various partners allowed high structural diversity to be reached and yielded molecular-gear prototypes with aryl-, carbazole-, BODIPY- and porphyrin-derived teeth of increasing size and length.  相似文献

Proteins play a central role in all domains of life, and precise regulation of their activity is essential for understanding the related biological processes and therapeutic functions. Nucleic acid aptamers, the molecular recognition components derived from systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment(SELEX), can specifically identify proteins with antibody-like recognition characteristics and help to regulate their activity. This minireview covers the SELEX-based selection of protein-binding aptamers, membrane protein analytical techniques based on aptamer-mediated target recognition, aptamer-mediated functional regulation of proteins, including membrane receptors and non-membrane proteins(thrombin as a model), as well as the potential challenges and prospects regarding aptamer-mediated protein manipulation, aiming to supply some useful information for researchers in this field.  相似文献

Molecular syntheses largely rely on time‐ and labour‐intensive prefunctionalization strategies. In contrast, C?H activation represents an increasingly powerful approach that avoids lengthy syntheses of prefunctionalized substrates, with great potential for drug discovery, the pharmaceutical industry, material sciences, and crop protection, among others. The enantioselective functionalization of omnipresent C?H bonds has emerged as a transformative tool for the step‐ and atom‐economical generation of chiral molecular complexity. However, this rapidly growing research area remains dominated by noble transition metals, prominently featuring toxic palladium, iridium and rhodium catalysts. Indeed, despite significant achievements, the use of inexpensive and sustainable 3d metals in asymmetric C?H activations is still clearly in its infancy. Herein, we discuss the remarkable recent progress in enantioselective transformations via organometallic C?H activation by 3d base metals up to April 2019.  相似文献

Two novel amino acids imine ligands (H2L1 and H2L2) have been synthesized using green condensation reaction from 2‐[3‐Amino‐5‐(2‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐[1, 2, 4]triazol‐4‐yl]‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐propionic acid with benzaldehyde/p‐flouro benzaldehyde (1:1 molar ratio) in the presence of lemon juice as a natural acidic catalyst in aqueous medium. Their transition metal complexes have been prepared in a molar ratio (1:1). Characterization of the ligands and complexes using elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and thermal analysis has been reported. E*, ΔH*, ΔS* and ΔG* thermodynamic parameters, were calculated to throw more light on the nature of changes accompanying the thermal decomposition process of these complexes. The molar conductance measurement of metal complexes showed nonelectrolyte behavior. The metal complexes of the two ligands have tetrahedral geometry with a general molecular structure [M(H2L)Xn], where [(M = Mn (II), Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), X = Cl, n = 2]; M = VO (II), X = SO4, n = 1] for H2L1. [M = Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II)] for H2L2. Antibacterial activity of the complexes against (Bacillis subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli), also antifungal activity against (Aspergillus niger, Candida Glabarta, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) have been screened. The results showed that all complexes have antimicrobial activity higher than free ligands. Molecular docking studies results showed that, all the synthesized compounds having minimum binding energy and have good affinity toward the active pocket, thus, they may be considered as good inhibitor of targeting PDB code: 1SC7 (Human DNA Topo‐isomerase I).  相似文献

A new class of neutral bidentate ligands with pnictogenyl-functional sites has been obtained. The reaction of tmeda⋅(BH2I)2 ( 1 , tmeda=tetramethylethylendiamine) with different phosphanides yields the corresponding bidentate phosphanylboranes tmeda⋅(BH2PH2)2 ( 2 a ), tmeda⋅(BH2PPh2)2 ( 2 b ), and tmeda⋅(BH2tBuPH)2 ( 2 c ). This reaction strategy could be further extended to synthesize the first bidentate arsanylborane tmeda⋅(BH2AsPh2)2 ( 3 ). Depending on the substituents on the phosphorus, these compounds form different AuI complexes, to build either polymeric tmeda⋅(BH2PH2AuCl)2 ( 4 a ), or monomeric tmeda⋅(BH2PPh2AuCl)2 ( 4 b ) products. These compounds form also neutral oligomeric group 13/15 chain-like molecules by coordination to a boron moiety such as tmeda⋅(BH2PH2BH3)2 ( 5 a ) and tmeda⋅(BH2AsPh2BH3)2 ( 5 b ). DFT calculations provide insight into the differences between the syntheses of mono- and bidentate pnictogenylboranes.  相似文献

Merging gold(I) cations with polyoxometalate anions results in various interclusters and complexes. Herein, the synthesis of these newly emerging gold(I)/polyoxometalate materials is reviewed. The applications of these promising hybrids in organic catalysis are also summarized and evaluated in terms of the advantages and limitations of the catalysts including efficiency, synergistic effects and recyclability.  相似文献
